Having now concluded my observations upon the Draft Ordinance as it stands, and having also pointed out the Provisions of the Indian Code which I think it might be desirable to substitute for similar but less complete ones in the Ordinance, I will proceed to specify the Provisions of the Indian Code which do not appear in the Ordinance and which I think might be added to it with advantage.
They are the following:
1st Injunctions (Indian Code ss. 96)
2d Withdrawal and Adjustment of Suits. (Indian Code ss. 98)
3d How Persons not before the Court may be made Parties to a Suit. (Indian Code S. 73)
(N.B. A new Section should be added called "Motion for Relief from adverse claims" giving a Summary Remedy by Interpleader, before the Hearing, or before the Institution ...
